History
DBM began its activities in 2009 at the instigation of Pascal Delhalle.
Today, we assemble experts on transformation and change management to complementary specialization fields: Industry, IT logistics, Banking, Administration,… All of them have spent several years in the operational field before managing projects.
Our genuine performance research including human respect and our participation in many change projects reinforced our decision to support the development of companies in this delicate process.
